1. The Children's Home in Moinabad, India, has ceased operations
2. The committee in Sydney responsible for fund raising has also ceased operations
3. Donations for the Children's Home in Moinabad are no longer needed
4. Residual funds and assets will be used to meet the financial needs of the children who were cared for by the home until they are independent
5. Anyone whose will or estate has nominated the Children's Home as a beneficiary should update it to a different beneficiary
